From The Pastor’s Desk…..

One of Oasis Christian Centre, Beeston’s Good Friends, Pastor Trevor Partington, will be hosting the scheduled zoom meeting Sunday Services on Sunday 19th and 26th July at 10am and 11am. The ID number and Password are the same. Enjoy fellowshipping together.

As you know, due to Coronavirus and the restrictions that we are living with, Beeston’s Carnival was cancelled last weekend. Wayne has sent me a link that reminds us of special memories of Carnival’s past and the reminder for Beeston Carnival 2021.

Please continue to remember Alan and Alison Haigh in prayer. Alan goes for his consultation with his Oncologist this Friday, 17th July.

Janet has started her chemo treatment. Please pray for her, Kyle, Heather and Lauren during this season.

Brian Meredith’s brother in law continues to be poorly in hospital. Please pray for him and his wife, Brian’s sister at this time.

Please pray for Olu, Jummy and the family as Olu continues to minister in Nigeria.

  • Our Young People and Young Adults waiting for exam results and decisions about their next educational steps.
  • Pastor James Talbot and the Elim Church in West Bromwich. We are helping to support Pastor James through Oasis’ Special Account.
  • For all those taking, or planning on taking, a “Staycation” this Summer. That we would be Refreshed physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
  • For a vaccine to be found for Covid 19.
  • For our Prime minister, Boris Johnson, and all those in Government and serving as M.P’s in Parliament at this time.
  • For a Mighty Move of God’s Spirit in our land.
  • Rev Chris Cartwright and the National Leadership Team of the Elim Pentecostal Churches, as they lead the denomination at this time.
  • Pastor Nigel, Carol Carberry, Lee Glazier and Alan Haigh – Oasis’ Servants Council, as we seek to lead Oasis forward in The Will of The Lord.
