Nigel is back

Nigel has returned safely from his visit to Guyana. Welcome Back Nigel. He and Trevor preached in many churches in Guyana, some outdoors with a straw covering and some that would grace any community around the world. The people in Guyana were blessed and Nigel and Trevor were blessed too. After a short discomfort relating to late luggage, Pastor Nigel and Pastor Trevor travelled by speed boat, slow boat roll-on ferry plus other types of transport and in all they covered approx 2,200 miles to all extremes of Guyana. Well done Nigel and WELCOME BACK.

Bob's Back. Read about Bob's trip to Thailand.

13 days after landing in the U.K. I feel that the jet lag has passsed. The memories of my time in Thailand are still fresh, and so I am going to put them down in print.

Rachel

Further prayer points. What to do: I want God to lead me to things that He wants me to be involved in instead of doing anything. In this I want to serve the team wherever possible.
I ask God to help me to respect and understand the culture, especially not to be offended or upset if I don't understand something.
Thank you for your prayers

Rachel Haigh's placement

Rachel has asked for prayer on these points.
Language; I'm torn between wanting to speak better French and being scared to sound silly. I want to communicate well.
Friendships and team relationships: that i quickly make friends with the team and get on with the family i'll be living with, and that God will bring the right people into my path.
